Types of Training Events & Attendees
Professional

Training event may consist of single or  multiple sessions. Attendees can select each session independently . Limit number of registrations by session.

Contact information may be gathered from registrants. This information may be used create badges.

Create event questionnaire to gather event specific information such as dietary requirements or travel information

Simple business rules  may added to one or more session: selection of a session is required to register for another session.

Multiple registrant types (sister organization members, students). Each registrant type may bring significant other and guests.

Any number of custom fields may be used to obtain information from primary registrants.

Create a group of sessions . Add custom description for the group and its sessions ( a set of parallel sessions may form a group). Add business rules for the group: select only one from the group or must select at least one session from the group.

Complex business rules may added to one or more sessions. The following types of rules may be created: Mutually exclusive, pre-requisites and required.

Associate a category with a training event. Categories may be used to filter event calendar displays.

Create promotional codes for discounts on event pricing.

Each registrant type may have different set of custom fields .

Support for special type of custom fields to track registrant's interests. A registrant may choose one or more values from a set of options such as hobbies, professional interests etc. (registrant may select football, baseball and tennis  for the "hobbies" field).
