Is 123Signup selling software or a service? We sell both. While we sell our product primarily as a web-hosted service, we also sell the software that can be installed on your own servers. If you are interested in the software option, please contact us.

What are the advantages of using 123Signup as a service? There are several advantages:

How often does 123Signup provide software updates? We continually invest in technology and improve on our products. We usually do major feature upgrades every 3 months and provide minor upgrades and bug fixes every month. We manage the upgrade installation and you see the benefits without any work on your part.

How do you make the system available 24 x 7? 123Signup services are provided using a farm of servers. We have a backup for every server. So, if a server is down, the backup server takes over. The servers are located in a world-class hosting location which provides dual power supply, dual air conditioning and dual network access. Databases are backed up constantly and a copy is stored off-site nightly. Periodically, the service is down briefly for upgrades and maintenance.

How secure is my data? All sensitive data such as personal and credit card information is transmitted over the internet in encrypted format using Verisign's Secure Server certificates. Access to our server is firewall-protected There is no direct access to the database.

Who owns the information collected by 123Signup? The data is owned by the sponsoring organization. 123Signup will not give, sell or rent this information to any other third party.

How often is data backed up? The data is backed up up after every transaction. A copy is also taken to off-site storage every night..
